No Blogging On BUMP….for now. BUMP O37 - Return of the PowerPC?
Apr 22

UPDATE :Apologies to all our listeners, due to an error with PodPress and Stu being a little bit clumsy, this week’s episode was delayed in hitting the RSS feeds and hence your eagerly awaiting iTunes library (other podcatching clients are available!) Hope you enjoy the show, leave us some comments on your views etc.

This week Stu & Chris are joined by Chris Leydon from Keyone Productions & The Podzone and Jack Moore from MacFever.co.uk to talk about the latest news from the world of Apple.

We talk about the Psystar OpenComputer, Tesco wanting to get into the DRM-free music download business, o2 & Carphone Warehouse cutting the price of the iPhone to £169 and the rather ugly rumours of the new Macbooks and Macbook Pros, which of course turn out to be fake!.

A real shame about the ‘potty talk in this week’s podcast’, especially as you say have minors who listen, if this is the case you really ought to edit out the ‘F’s or better still don’t invite him back. (He didn’t seemed to know what he was talking about in any case!)

I agree with you whole heartedly about the language Chris Leydon used in this week’s episode, it is something I raised with him and I can assure our listeners it won’t be happening again. I would, however, defend Chris’s input into the show, I feel he offered some interesting views on the discussion and was in general a good panelist.

In terms of the language itself, I thought I’d caught most of that in the edit (as you’ll hear with the cartoon boing) so I do want to apologise to anyone who is offended by that. If our listeners would prefer I would be happy to go back to the edit and remove any further profantiy and repost? Please let me know

Thanks for your comment Douglas, very much appreciated
