For those of you who know me, you’ll know that I like watching video on the move, and up until now it’s been either YouTube or the videos I’ve downloaded or captured myself. What I really wanted though was the iPlayer from the BBC, because a lot of my favourite shows are on the platform, Torchwood, Doctor Who and dare I mention Holby City!
Well you know, now I can watch some of these, not all shows are available right now but I’m sure that will change, on the iPhone very easily. I managed to watch this week’s episode of Holby City quite happily while sat in bed the other night. I haven’t tried this via EDGE as yet, but I’ll keep you posted.
Could it be better, yes! They really need to build an iPhone interface for it, because the standard one is a bit fiddly! The video quality is very nice though.
So great job BBC!

Hi folks, hope you’re all enjoying the latest episode of BUMP, thanks to everyone who has downloaded it so far.
As you’ll have read Daniel has joined the BUMP team as our latest blogger and contributor to the show, so to that effect he’s recorded for us a little video all about what he’s going to be doing for us.
I really am honoured to welcome Daniel to the team, he’s becoming a real friend and is a wealth of podcasting knowledge.
Incidentally, I realise that not all of you may want video on the main feed, we will work on that for the future but I wanted to get this out ot you all!
